Partnership Options

Choose the model that fits your practice

Option 1 — Rental

R750.00 per 3-hour consulting slot, payable weekly. Choose slots across the Rabotapi Room and Silimfe Room — 3 concurrent weekday slots, 2 on Saturdays and public holidays.

Option 2 — Revenue Share

A 50/50 revenue-share on every consultation, processed through the clinic's POS system with weekly reconciliation and payout. Max 3 revenue-share slots per week across both rooms.

Option 3 — Blended

Mix rental slots (R750/3-hr, weekly) with revenue-share slots however suits your practice. Same weekly POS reconciliation and payout.

Facilities Provided

Fully-equipped, IoT-enabled clinic with CCTV and high-security standards
Complimentary electricity and Wi-Fi for staff
Access to cleaning, security and administrative support
Free access to an open-air lounge / rest area

Your Responsibilities

Bring your own essential medical equipment
Adhere to South African law — National Health Act, POPIA, Nursing Act
Current HPCSA/SANC registration and professional indemnity insurance
ORC is indemnified against claims arising from services you provide

Agreement

I agree to the Terms & Conditions, consent to POPIA data processing, indemnify ORC from claims arising from my own professional obligations, and acknowledge the maximum of 3 slots across both rooms per week (more may be approved on a rental basis).

A 5% marketing fee applies across all partnership models, split equally between practitioner and ORC — 2.5% each — for marketing, PR and promotional activity. By applying, you grant My African Dream (Pty) Ltd permission to verify your ID, qualifications, credit and payment history with relevant third parties.
